Converting a former dry cleaner’s into a fast-food restaurant.
The work optimises the existing space while handling the constraints specific to this type of venue: ventilation, extraction, hygiene, fire safety and accessibility. Each point is studied to ensure feasibility and compliance.
The current work structures a functional, efficient space suited to food service and welcoming the public: simple in principle, demanding in execution.
