Privacy policy

Information sent through the contact form or the project configurator (name, contact details, project description, project address, comments and any photos) is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. It is stored with our hosting provider in France and never passed on to third parties.

Uploaded photos are re-created by our servers, which removes their metadata (including GPS location). Address suggestions come from the French public address service (IGN Géoplateforme) and are shown on an OpenStreetMap map.

Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps. Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.
