Energy renovation of an Alsatian house
Slashing energy use while respecting heritage.

- Location
- Bischheim
- Programme
- Timber-framed house
- Scope
- Energy renovation
- Size
- 165 m²
An old timber-framed house undergoes a complete energy transformation.
The project was built around full support for the client: analysis of the existing building, guidance on technical choices, handling of paperwork and structuring of the MaPrimeRénov’ financing. Planned works: wall, attic and floor insulation, new windows, an efficient heating system and suitable ventilation.
We obtained planning approval for external insulation, which performs better, even on the street boundary, thanks to an exceptional permission to encroach on public land. This often-blocking issue was anticipated and built into the overall strategy.
