Private house

A narrow plot and particularly strict rules called for careful fine-tuning.

The goal was clear: create a comfortable, coherent home despite a small plot and restrictive planning rules. The project rests on precise siting and a compact volume, optimising every square metre within the imposed envelope. Inside, the layout favours flow and daylight.

The construction phase required particular care, with technical choices suited to the plot and the density around it. In the end the house sits naturally in its context, proof that tight constraints can drive a project rather than limit it.
