Attic conversion

A lost attic: too low, too dark, too complicated. Here those constraints became an opportunity.

Heights were optimised to free up living space; new openings and roof lights turn darkness into brightness; insulation and ventilation ensure lasting comfort in winter and summer; the layout makes use of every corner.

Above all, the existing roof structure was kept and showcased, giving the space a unique, warm character. The result: a transformed, functional and bright space. Converting an attic is about more than gaining square metres.
