In Dingsheim’s Le Corbusier district, a full energy renovation combined with a thorough rethink of the interior.
The main challenge: reinterpret an existing house for today’s way of life without betraying its identity. The unused attic was converted, the insulation fully redone, the windows replaced and new openings created to bring in light and views. Efficient heating and suitable mechanical ventilation complete the work.
By reconfiguring the volumes, around 50 m² of extra living space was gained. A pool was added, and several load-bearing walls were removed or transformed to open up the spaces and maximise daylight.
The project is a full energy renovation eligible for MaPrimeRénov’, with the clients supported from technical choices through paperwork and throughout the works.
