Upgrading a mixed-use building

Upgrading a building with a car sales business on the ground floor.

The starting point was simple: a building with little architectural quality that needed a real lift. The goal was to improve its image without touching the structure, working only on its envelope and how it is seen from the street.

A new facade language was defined, with wood-effect aluminium cladding and anthracite windows for warmth and restraint. The project also covers all the paperwork and permits required.
