Flat-roofed house

In a typical housing estate, a contemporary, understated and carefully controlled house.

The flat roof gives a clear volume while fitting neatly into the estate. The project is organised around large openings that capture daylight and extend living spaces outdoors. Inside, a double-height space structures the main volume and gives a real sense of space.

Particular care went into the details: alignments, finishes and continuity of materials, for a fluid, coherent result. A bright, open and lasting place to live.
